About me

I love to learn. I care about art and design, and how they work within tech

I want to create, it will always be a major priority. I seek out opportunities to learn and to make to things. I love leadership roles but being creative and growing are my main focus. I self teach a lot, I think Youtube is an exceptional resource. Paid online classes like Codeschool and Udemy courses are also extremely useful.

This is me

I grew up in the Bay Area. In school my focus was Conceptual Information arts, mostly using Arduino and Processing to make interactive and kinetic art. My secondary was tradition painting, art and illustration which I will always be involved with. I like to say, "work smart whenever possible". In the last few years I have really honed in on print and web graphics, the Adobe Suite being my favorite tool set. I have made several websites from scratch but prefer to use free templates and pre-made materials to save time, I know how to make all these things work together and get what I want out of a website.

I use to wire up LEDS and volunteer at Maker Faire. Now I mostly read a lot of sci-fi and fantasy books, paint, and make graphics for shutterstock and society6 as well as freelance whenever I can. I enjoy videogames, mainly RPGs and sandbox survival games. I go to the occasional Dungeons and Dragons session and board game night.
